Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional Trainer/Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven specialist lifting background and a passion for sharing knowledge with others.

About the Position

The position is full-time, however we are open to discussion regarding a flexible roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:45 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).
  • Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A can-do attitude and an upbeat personality.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
