The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Setting up new contracts in a timely manner
  • Capturing variations to contracts
  • Issuing purchase orders to contractors
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Liaising closely with accounts payable for the resolution of invoice queries
  • Accounts receivable duties such as allocations and reconciliations

This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess the following attributes:

  • Experience completing complex invoices
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Contract administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
