**Job Summary**

This role requires an individual who can provide leadership and collaboration with a water infrastructure team to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including low-voltage electrical systems and SCADA systems.
  • Developing technical reports and specifications for projects.
  • Applying project management principles to achieve project deliverables in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and relevant industry experience. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and registration as a professional engineer (RPEQ).
  • 10+ years' experience in electrical controls and instrumentation engineering, preferably in the water sector or industrial plant.
  • Experience with design software such as PowerCAD is preferred.
  • Strong skills in instrumentation controls, SCADA, and low-voltage design.

The successful candidate will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to drive positive change and build trusted relationships within the team.
