At WSP, we are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water Infrastructure group in Brisbane. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of water management in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality civil engineering projects through the full project life cycle. This includes producing and reviewing technical documentation, such as design and construction drawings.

  • Designing and delivering complex civil engineering projects;
  • Producing and reviewing detailed technical documentation;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent client satisfaction ratings;
  • Coordinating proposals for large-scale infrastructure projects;
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team on complex infrastructure projects and programs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification;
  • Typically 4+ years of experience in a consultancy environment;
  • Proven experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects;
  • Good knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and industry-related codes;
  • Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it;
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D modelling software, 2D and 3D CAD software.
