Senior Clinical Leader - Forensic Psychology

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Leader to join our team as a Forensic Psychologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and mentoring to our existing Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who work with clients with forensic backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering or managing Positive Behaviour Support & Psychological Services to clients with a forensic background, as well as experience in the disability/NDIS sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to our existing Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners
  2. Reviewing policies and frameworks relating to clinical services to clients with a forensic background
  3. Providing ongoing training to staff members
  4. Managing a case load of highly complex clients
  5. Reviewing reports and QA activities for your team
  6. Implementing growth strategies for the division
What You'll Need:
  • Registration with AHPRA with endorsement in Forensic Psychology
  • Extensive experience delivering or managing Positive Behaviour Support & Psychological Services to clients with a forensic background
  • Experience in the disability/NDIS sector
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to get one
