Senior Nursing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned senior registered nurse to provide exceptional patient care and leadership in our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, be dedicated to delivering excellence, and skilled in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and coordinating care in high-pressure environments.

The selected individual will represent our organization and be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Oversee administrative functions of clinics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding clinic operations.
  • Apply professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques to patient care.
  • Provide compassionate, advanced clinical care and support.
  • Make quick, informed decisions to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Understand healthcare protocols, patient assessment, and care planning deeply.
  • Manage complex cases effectively.
  • Precept and mentor junior staff, sharing training and teaching knowledge.
  • Develop rapport with patients and colleagues through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Perform laboratory procedures and collect samples accurately.
  • Provide routine, urgent, and emergency care.
  • Triage patients and offer medical advice within scope of practice.
  • Monitor vital signs, perform EKGs, draw blood, and collect urine samples.
  • Manage clinic documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and sterilization standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and clinical skills, with experience guiding healthcare teams.
  • Strong communication and empathetic skills.
  • Minimum five years of registered nurse experience.
  • At least three years managing nursing staff.
  • Valid nursing license to practice in Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current CPR certification.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be a US, UK, or Australian citizen.
  • Willing to relocate to Alice Springs, Australia.
  • Valid passport required and must be maintained during stay.
