Lighthouse Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Aged Care facility in the Tweed Valley, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Clinical Care Manager to join their passionate team.
About the RoleThe Clinical Care Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager and be responsible for monitoring training and education, leading the clinical team to meet high clinical standards, and managing the clinical care staff team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Lead and manage the clinical care staff team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Aged Care sector developments, including funding and policy protocols.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing, or Social Sciences.
- Experience in Aged Care accreditation and clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviors.
- Proven ability to work independently and professionally with limited supervision.
