We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment and HR experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full candidate experience from application to onboarding;
  • Developing job briefs and drafting job advertisements;
  • Conducting interviews, background checks, and making job offers;
  • Onboarding new starters and ensuring they understand the company culture;
  • Experience in customising creative methods to optimise sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent;

The key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years working in a fast-paced recruitment environment;
  • Good working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and other job board websites;
  • Love a challenge and being busy while keeping calm under pressure;
  • Have a curious mindset that enables you to find quality candidates;
  • Experienced with a recruitment ATS or HRIS system;
  • Outcome-focused with an appreciation of good process;
