About the Role
Cult Of Monday is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic growth and strengthen our presence within government and enterprise sectors. This pivotal leadership role involves managing, nurturing, and growing a high-performing sales team while ensuring alignment with Cult Of Monday's vision and values.
The Challenge
You will leverage expertise in Cybersecurity, Digital IT, AI, and Automation to bring a consulting and solution-selling approach, helping businesses navigate complex security challenges. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, enabling your team to exceed ambitious sales targets.
About Us
Cult Of Monday was established in 2017 by CEO Michael Simkovic with the vision of providing ICT security services and solutions to protect Australian businesses from advanced cyber threats. We work with organisations to demystify cybersecurity and simplify the end-to-end thinking, process, and management of security capabilities and strategies to mitigate business risks and threats.

The Team You'll Lead
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership – Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across government and enterprise sectors.
- Team Management – Lead, mentor, support, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring professional growth and performance excellence.
- Business Development – Identify key opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaboration – Collaborate with the Chief Strategist to align go-to-market and align on market needs. Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and technical functions, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
- Sales Performance & Reporting – Monitor key sales metrics, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver reports to the executive team.
- Market Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities to maintain Cult Of Monday's competitive edge.
