Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and other factors to predict future product demand.
  • Inventory Planning: Determine optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align demand plans with business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, particularly lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.
  • Managed large SKUs of products or multi-SKU within one style.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions. Commercial financial knowledge is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and other relevant inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to identify and resolve issues related to demand and inventory.
  • Effective task management and prioritization skills.
