About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Management Coordinator to join our team at WEBUILD. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager and Planning Manager with project planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of Baseline Programme and Revised Baseline Programme in accordance with contractual obligations and agreements with the Employer.
  2. Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Updates of contractual, internal, and detailed programmes, including narrative on programme updates.
  3. Preparation of recovery programmes in line with contractual obligations.
  4. Preparation of internal budget programmes.
  5. Close coordination with Design and Technical Departments to prepare what-if programme scenarios to assess potential impacts on the programme or optimize solutions based on technical/design proposals.
  6. Close coordination with Contract/Commercial Departments to maintain updated contractual programmes reflecting ongoing claim/commercial issues.
  7. Preparation of Time Impact Analysis and forensic analysis to support claims submitted to the Client or received from subcontractors.
  8. Preparation of reports and presentations on programme matters for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Attendance at programme and progress meetings with the Employer, subcontractors, external, and internal stakeholders.
  10. Contribution of advice and opinions to support the WEBUILD business where applicable.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or similar tertiary qualification related to infrastructure project development.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience working in the infrastructure industry in a similar role, preferably.
  3. Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable project works.
  4. Proficiency in Oracle P6 software and Microsoft Office Suites.
  5. Experience with MS Project and schedule risk management is preferred.
