Marine Works Senior Project Engineer

About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for a Senior Marine Works Project Engineer to join Webuild Group and contribute to the success of our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Webuild Group policies and procedures, and contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe work site for all personnel and the public.
- Collaborate with internal and external interfaces to achieve project goals.
- Coach and mentor Site Engineers as required, and incorporate environmental requirements into method statements.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Location:
The construction sites are located in a National Park, requiring strict adherence to environmental regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Engineering).
- At least 7 years of experience working on a major infrastructure project of similar size and complexity to the Snowy 2.0 project.
- Experience in grouting or marine works, and a sound understanding of civil and structural technical engineering.
- Competence in interpreting and explaining technical schedules and documentation, and good contract comprehension.
