Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a goal-oriented individual who excels in resolving technical issues for others.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the rapidly growing field of technology. As Technical Support, you will be responsible for directing wholesale customer relationships with technical staff to design and implement service interconnections for network launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First line of customer support
  • Respond to customer requests for support via ticket and phone
  • Provide technical support for inquiries or issues related to KORE Connectivity, KORE Hardware, and KORE Platform
  • Assist with inquiries or issues related to catch & release
  • Log all incidents/requests details, allocate categorization, and severity levels
  • Keep customers informed of status based on severity level update frequency
  • Elevate unresolved incidents to Tier II/Tier III support groups or defined processes
  • Verify resolution with customers

Requirements:

  • Experience working with wireless providers
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a support organization
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in additional Microsoft Office products
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Legally eligible to work in the location
