Our team is composed of over 1300 dedicated professionals spread across 120 parks and communities, all committed to fostering a culture of community and belonging.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who will be responsible for generating detailed monthly financial and operational reports that will aid senior management in enhancing asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, assess, and interpret data to uncover trends and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, evaluating budget forecasts and actual performance at both asset and group levels.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Finance Manager to analyze operational results and their impact on the Group's financial standing, providing recommendations for profit enhancement.
- Monitor major capital expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and approvals.
- Identify and communicate necessary changes in business operations to drive improved financial outcomes for stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience in reporting and presenting financial performance metrics to executive management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Confident decision-maker who can operate with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is preferred.
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach across various departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
