Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Space Machines Company, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team, manage the Sydney office, and contribute to marketing efforts.

  • Manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and the team.
  • Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using Canva and Google Workspace.
  • Handle administrative tasks including document management, expense tracking, and new employee onboarding.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in office management and reception duties.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
