Job Role Overview
">The Early Years Access Officer is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing seamless access to universal early years services for families and the community. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for families and community members, delivering targeted information about early years services.
">This role requires collaboration with Community Care teams to support client information management and business processes that facilitate communication, access, and referral for families and the community. To be considered, candidates should possess a Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of Kindergarten, Maternal and Child Health, and Early Years Services.

- Participate in the promotion of service access and supporting referrals for families to appropriate programs and services.">
- Support client information management and business processes that will support communication, access, and referral for families and the community.">
- Work collaboratively within Community Care as required or as directed.">
