Job Title: Urban Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic professional to represent our brand in public settings, events, and activations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with crowds, amplifying events, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Represent our brand at events and activations, fostering strong relationships with attendees.
• Entertain and interact with crowds, utilizing your communication skills to build a positive experience.
• Amply events to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
• Set up event sites according to standards, ensuring a seamless and polished environment.
• Capture high-quality photos of events for social media channels, showcasing the excitement and energy of our brand.
• Provide feedback and reporting to the Brand & Promotions team, contributing to the growth and development of our initiatives.
• Assist with office tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Maintain vehicles (fuel, interior cleanliness, incident reports) to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Demonstrate reliable time management skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• possess interest or experience in Events, Promotions, and Marketing, with a passion for creating engaging experiences.
• Show strong professional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
• Presentation is key; demonstrate being well-presented, friendly, energetic, and a good brand ambassador.
• Show initiative and be highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, working under pressure and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit a strong positive work ethic, with a willingness to get hands dirty and contribute to team success.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
• Fully licensed driver (desirable).
