About Our Community
Set amidst 15 acres of beautiful subtropical gardens, our holiday park is nestled near the beach in picturesque Port Stephens. Guests of all ages and interests will find plenty to do, with 26 pristine beaches right on the park's doorstep.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Welcome every guest to our community, explaining our facilities, surrounding area, and activities
- Actively promote our community as the ideal destination by sharing its unique story
- Manage guest check-in and check-out, attend to general receptionist duties, and follow correct procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Respond to resident/guest concerns and contact relevant staff when necessary
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and booking software
- A passion for the tourism industry with strong sales abilities
- A team player with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
