The Role

We are seeking a full-time Donor Relations Manager to join our dynamic Foundation Office. This role is central to nurturing and strengthening meaningful connections with donors, securing significant philanthropic support for world-class medical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with donors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Fundraising and researchers
  • Articulate funding priorities and align them with donor interests
  • Create a culture of gratitude and identify major gift and bequest prospects
  • Translate complex research initiatives into compelling donor propositions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-focused approach
  • Crm experience is an asset
  • A genuine passion for improving lives through research
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,322 to $110,600 per annum, pro rata for part-time, along with

  • 12% superannuation
  • Up to $15,900 FBT exempt salary packaging and up to $2,650 FBT exempt meals and entertainment packaging
