As a Facility Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and operational security of our data centers. This includes managing security personnel, developing and implementing security protocols, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing comprehensive program security guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management.
  • Creating, implementing, communicating, and managing security requirements at a large, government-accredited site, while providing day-to-day multi-discipline program security operations support.
  • Drafting and reviewing security documentation to include transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs.
  • Proactively identifying program and physical security requirements, problems, and sound solutions to successfully sustain and enhance the security of program execution.
  • Performing and/or supporting the operations and maintenance of security hardware and systems employed onsite to meet government and AWS requirements.

**Security Requirements:**
  • Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage 24x7 security operations, including short-notice response to emerging operational issues.
