About the Position

Lead a thriving Out of School Hours Care service for students on school grounds.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and school policies.

  • Develop and implement effective programs for children
  • Mentor and develop your team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Ensure high-quality learning experiences and engagement

You will be required to work split shifts during school terms and block shifts during vacation care and pupil free days.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles within Out of School Hours Care services and possess a thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements. You will also require:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor Degree in Education
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly relational attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • National criminal history check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Child Protection Certificates
  • Current Working With Children Check
