**Diploma Qualified Room Leader and Assistant Centre Manager** Educator
***to be part of this journey at our Penrith Centre.

**What will you do?**
Our Diploma qualified educators are the backbone of our childcare services.

This position is for a room leader and Assistant Centre Manager position. Your leadership qualities will be significant in guiding the processes and systems within our Centre. Other educators will look to you for mentoring, guidance and inspiration. Management and ECTs will rely upon you to be the positive liaison between themselves and the families. Within a structured and supportive setting, our educators can be assured of pathways for personal and professional development being made available to them.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or WT ECT
- Dedication towards the learning and development of children;
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain);
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willingness to obtain).
