About The Role

As an Educational Leader at The Grove Academy, you'll inspire and guide our educators in delivering high-quality education programs. You'll lead the implementation of our innovative Grove Theory curriculum, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Overseeing the implementation of our curriculum across the centre
  • Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver outstanding practices
  • Guiding the team in meeting and exceeding the EYLF and NQS standards
  • Collaborating with educators to create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences
  • Promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about early childhood education. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators
  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for inspiring learning and innovation
