About This Role

As a banking professional, you will deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end-to-end needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions that benefit both the bank and customers by understanding current and future goals and designing suitable solutions.
  • Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking in a changing environment.
  • Guide customers through personalised lending options, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card solutions.
  • Engage in on-the-job learning and development opportunities to advance your career.
  • Build connections with customers and the community, supporting local initiatives and events.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Samford. You will be required to work 76 hours per fortnight.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions.
  • Confidence to communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our approach unique.
  • Drive for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.
