Lead Clinical Nurse

This role will support the delivery of medical services in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.
- Directs the administrative needs of clinical facilities.
- Liaises with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Applies knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques to patient care.
- Utilizes experience and compassion with advanced clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Makes informed decisions to ensure patient safety and optimal results.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to excellence, exceling at assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and coordinating care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides routine, urgent, and emergency care.
- Triage and provides medical advice within the scope of practice.
- Collects and analyzes health data, including blood pressures, weights, electrocardiograms (EKGs), lab work, and medical reports.
- Maintains accurate records and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ensures clinics are maintained to meet standards for quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and clinical skills, guiding teams and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Expertise in clinical practice and a collaborative spirit to a team that values patient-centered care. Excellent communication and empathetic demeanor.
Required Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience working as a registered/licensed nurse. A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff.
Physical Demands: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. May require prolonged standing, walking, and bending. Up to 15 lbs lifting capacity.
Other Special Qualifications: Must be an Australian citizen or eligible to work in Australia. Must be able to relocate to Alice Springs, Australia for the duration of the contract.
