Lead Clinical Educator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Clinical Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities in the Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit.
The successful candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing, APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse, and current clinical experience in paediatric nursing. They will also hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills.
As a Lead Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuing professional development activities are aligned with clinical excellence. You will work closely with the Learning Team and the Emergency Department/Short Stay Unit to identify and prioritize the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing
- APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current clinical experience in paediatric nursing
