As a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in complex project delivery and lead high-profile projects from pursuit to delivery.

  • We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing detailed engineering work, including design-construction (D&C) and related contract types.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards is essential.

This is a leadership position that requires excellent cross-functional coordination and leadership abilities, as well as technical report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear design scope, cost, and schedule baselines during project pursuits and delivery.
  • Manage changes in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
  • Lead the design team to deliver design in accordance with defined project technical and interface requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience working with contractors and engineering teams in the infrastructure, energy, or mining/metals sectors.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in civil, electrical/mechanical, rail systems, or related engineering discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering & assurance as well as interface and integration management.
