About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Cardiology team at St Vincent's Health Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Our team leads the way in interventional procedures, including percutaneous valve replacement, left atrial appendage closure, and cardiac resynchronization therapy. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the development of our cardiac services.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in acute care nursing, with experience in a cardiac or theatre setting. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing workloads and managing your time efficiently.

Requirements

  • Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency
  • Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse
