About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Healthscope as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient care needs and promote a positive patient experience.
- Administer medications as required, in accordance with state law and organizational policy.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Working with Children check (if relevant).
- Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications.
- Advanced level of clinical skills (desired).
- Compliance with Australian Commission on Quality and Safety in Health Care (ACQSHC) National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
