About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Assistant Director Integrity and Security.

This key role involves leading the development of fraud and corruption control, integrity and security activities, promoting their importance within the organisation.

  • Fraud Prevention and Detection: Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities within the organisation.
  • Integrity Awareness and Education: Provide training and awareness programs to ensure staff understand their obligations under relevant legislation.
  • Security Governance: Oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures to protect the organisation's assets and information.
  • Physical and Personnel Security: Ensure that physical and personnel security measures are in place to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Public Interest Disclosures: Administer the Public Interest Disclosure scheme to promote a culture of transparency and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of fraud prevention and detection strategies.

They will also have experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as providing training and awareness programs.

In this role, you will be part of a highly professional and motivated team ensuring the organisation meets its legislative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
