Risk Management and Compliance Director Job DescriptionThis role involves leading the execution of risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management Risks, Risks and Controls, Business Process, and IT General Controls.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the execution of risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives around project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls.
- Managing teams to deliver assurance engagements.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for clients and other stakeholders.
- Nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Developing skills in emerging technology risk areas, such as AI, Blockchain, and Cyber Security.
- Partnering with internal and external teams to assess compliance, financial, and operational risk.
- A passion for risk management and compliance.
- One or more years of experience in providing risk management or compliance over risk and controls, program and project risk management services, regulatory compliance.
- Practical and solution-oriented approach to assess new technology.
- High-level communication and engagement skills, including exceptional report writing abilities.
- Strong business acumen and commercially focused attitude.
