Electrical Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to take on a senior role in our Brisbane office. As an experienced professional with a strong technical foundation, you will be responsible for leading electrical services design projects from concept to delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead electrical services design projects across multiple building projects.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to business growth by nurturing existing clients and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Oversee project documentation, coordination with other disciplines, and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with 5–12 years' experience in building services consultancy.
  • Proven capability in leading electrical services design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across disciplines.
