Job Description

Oversee theatre operations, including marketing, budgeting, booking shows, liaising with promoters, and reporting to the Arts and Leisure Manager.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a diverse team managing aquatics, fitness, and customer experience at a modern facility.

  • Develop and implement arts and theatre programs.
  • Seek performers and hirers, manage exhibitions, and foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Support marketing efforts and oversee staff recruitment and performance.
  • Manage budgets and operational areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in arts, theatre, or gallery management (preferred but not essential).

Experience with theatre technical operations (lighting, sound, stage equipment) (preferred).

Management experience is desired.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Marketing or communications experience (advantageous).

Ability to pass pre-employment checks and maintain a current working with children check.

Willingness to attain first aid and CPR qualifications.
