About the Role

We're seeking an experienced baker to join our team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality bread and baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

You'll take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging. Our ideal candidate will have a trade certification or diploma in baking and extensive experience working in fast-paced bakery environments.

About You and Your Skills
  • Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
  • Extensive Baking Experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting. This is essential to help our team rise to the occasion.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is crucial to upholding our high standards.
  • Customer Obsession: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
  • Passion for Quality and Consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
  • Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
