About the RoleIn this position as a Client Service Specialist, you will provide administrative support to colleagues and clients across various aspects of insurance operations, ensuring timely and accurate production of policy and related documentation throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain compliance, accuracy, and workload efficiency by utilizing required IT applications, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.
- Produce and process client transactions, including invoices, quotations, premium calculations, and information for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Account Brokers in achieving excellent client satisfaction through effective administrative support, maintaining up-to-date records, and providing expertise on major classes of insurance offered by the company.
