Cyber Insurance Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Insurance professional to deliver best-in-class risk transfer solutions across a portfolio of Global & Corporate and Financial/Professional Services accounts.

This key role involves developing and executing strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners, negotiating risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profiles, and participating in business development opportunities.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside talented professionals in the industry, who genuinely want you to be your best self.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners to enhance risk management capabilities.
  • Negotiate risk transfer solutions tailored to individual client risk profiles.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and technical commentary in tenders.
  • Pursue key speaking opportunities at industry events to raise awareness of Aon's brand and capabilities in the Cyber Insurance and risk space.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Cyber Insurance products and risk solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent cross-selling abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated to take ownership and accountability for relationship development and execution at a senior level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act.
