Administrative Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our consulting suites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing the reception desk, handling enquiries, answering calls, and organizing appointments. They will also maintain accurate records, manage consultation fees, and liaise with staff from different departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
  • Manage a busy reception desk, responding to enquiries and answering calls
  • Organize appointments, reschedule as needed, and send reminder SMS
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
  • Manage collection of consultation fees via electronic payment
  • Liaise with staff from different departments, clinics, and hospitals
  • Accurate computer data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional customer service and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.

You will need to have a strong attention to detail, demonstrated computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and experience with Sessional Suite software such as Clinic 2 Cloud and Genie. Zedmed experience is also desirable.

  • Essential Requirements:
  • 12 months+ hospital or clinical consulting suite experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Demonstrated computer skills - MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience with Sessional Suite software i.e. Clinic 2 Cloud & Genie software experience
  • Zedmed experience (desired)
