Our financial planning division is looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of experience in a similar role and strong skills in public tax practice.

The successful person will oversee all administration tasks, managing the admin team effectively and working closely with clients and financial planners. They will bring a mature outlook to the team and provide guidance and support to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of tasks within the admin team
  • Close collaboration between clients and the accounting team/financial planners

Requirements:

  • 12-18 months of experience in a financial planning CSO role (or equivalent as a CSA within any division)
  • Xplan experience highly valued
