Financial Planning and Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced financial planning and strategy lead to drive financial insights and performance across multiple service streams.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support operational and executive stakeholders. You'll play a key role in driving financial growth and optimization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple divisions
- Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Provide scenario modeling and strategic financial analysis to support investment and operational decisions
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial health and drive accountability
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a regulated environment
- Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in industries with complex financial structures
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Able to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
