Expert Software Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software professional to join our dynamic team. As a senior engineer, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you can utilize your technical expertise to drive business success.

About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for complex challenges.
  • Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions for major features.
  • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt and system bottlenecks.
  • Mentor junior developers to support their growth and development.
  • Advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale applications with a strong focus on performance optimization.
  • Solid background in agile methodologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong practice of test-driven development and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps culture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Skilled in working with databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Familiarity with tools similar to DataDog, LaunchDarkly is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
