About the Role

Our organization is seeking an E Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading procurement processes, developing systems expertise, and driving innovation in e-procurement platforms.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional who can streamline procurement workflows, automate tasks, and empower others through impactful training and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain system expertise in supply chain systems like Source-to-Contract (Portt/OneAdvanced) and SAP Ariba.
  • Drive innovation by leading continuous improvement initiatives across e-procurement platforms and collaborating with IT to deliver smart, integrated solutions.
  • Streamline and automate procurement workflows, enhancing supplier accreditation, onboarding, and overall user experience.
  • Empower others through impactful training and support for team members and suppliers on key systems and processes.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and effective procurement information and leverage data to provide insights, cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance reporting.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in procurement environments, with a passion for procurement technologies to drive results.
  • Solid understanding of contract management systems, sourcing, and procure-to-pay and how they support business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks, and how they shape smart decision-making.
  • A natural collaborator with strong communication and influencing skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident translating complex or technical information into clear, accessible language for all audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, IT Systems or a related field.
