Principal Leader

Australian Christian College is seeking a Principal to lead its Darling Downs campus, a K-9, co-educational Christian school with a modern campus and a strong learning culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the school, ensuring students have access to high-quality teaching and learning. The role involves working with children and requires a strong Christian faith commitment, experience in educational leadership, and the ability to articulate faith to others.
About the Role
- Lead the school in its mission to develop students spiritually, academically, socially, and physically
- Develop and implement a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality
- Grow and lead the school, producing a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality
- Generate momentum to move the school forward
Requirements
- A vibrant Christian faith, evidenced by service in your local church
- The ability to articulate your faith to others
- A commitment to the transformative power of the Gospel in the lives of students and staff alike
- Experience in educational leadership
