The Royal Children's Hospital seeks an experienced Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with a passion for paediatric orthopaedic care.

As a key member of the Specialist Clinics-Orthopaedics team, you will provide direct patient and family care, assessing and managing common musculoskeletal problems including knee injuries, scoliosis, gait and posture complaints, hip dysplasia, clubfoot (Ponseti technique).

With extensive clinical experience and a specific interest in paediatric orthopaedic care, you will work autonomously as part of a great team to deliver timely and high-quality orthopaedic care for children.

The physiotherapist will be responsible for providing assessment and management of patients for required caseload. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanour, and possess great clinical skills in the assessment and management of children with common musculoskeletal presentations.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Extensive clinical experience with specific interest in paediatric orthopaedic care
  • Professional registration with AHPRA
  • Continuing Professional Development and Recency of Practice Guidelines
  • Uphold the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct
