Job Title:
Expert Paediatric Orthopaedic Care SpecialistThis role will assist with the provision of high-quality surgical services within a major healthcare organisation.
The Expert Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon is responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to patients, supervising and training junior medical staff, and supporting organisational strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier patient care in accordance with the best practice models.
- Accurately reflect the patient's treatment plan, requirements, outcomes, or events within prescribed documentation.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes for patients.
- Contribute to the professional development of junior medical staff and students through teaching and mentorship.
- Lead by example in the delivery and promotion of exceptional clinical care to all patients.
About You:
- Medical qualification
- Current registration as a medical practitioner
- Membership to a relevant medical association
- Fellowship of a prominent surgical college
- Relevant clinical experience and expertise required for the position
