Key Responsibilities:- Lead Salesforce Architecture and Technical Team: Develop and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and company goals.
- Design and Develop Customized Solutions: Create tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Clients: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain a Flexible and Proactive Work Environment: Facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet project goals successfully.
- Interact with Clients and End-Users: Analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
- Design and Instruct Solution Framework: Create a solution framework for the Salesforce development team and instruct them on its implementation.
- Create POCs and Drive Solution Meetings: Develop proof-of-concepts for clients to help them understand proposed solutions and drive solution meetings with customers.
- Understand User Stories and Provide Workload Estimates: Analyze user stories and provide accurate workload estimates for project tasks.
- Improve Communication and Collaboration: Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Stay Current on Salesforce Releases: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent: Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum Work Experience: Have a minimum of 10-12 years of software development experience and 6 years of Salesforce application development experience.
- Self-Motivated and Creative: Be self-motivated and creative in solving complex technical problems.
- Proficient in Salesforce Basics: Possess proficiency in Salesforce basics, Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, RDBMS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Multi-System Integration: Have experience in integrating multiple systems.
- Experience in Source Code Control: Have experience in source code control.
- Salesforce Developer Certification: Possess Salesforce Developer Certification – Platform Developer 1 and 2, Sales, Service, Community.
- Experience in Customer-Facing Applications: Have experience in developing customer-facing applications.
- Development Using Standard Salesforce: Have experience in developing using standard Salesforce and platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages).
- Sales and Service Cloud Experience: Have experience in Sales and Service Cloud, including Customer and Partner portal (community) development.
- Working Knowledge of Sites: Possess working knowledge of sites.
- Migration Tool Experience: Have experience in migration tools.
- Web Services/SOA Experience: Have experience in web services/SOA.
- Metadata APIs Experience: Have experience in metadata APIs.
- Knowledge of XML, SOAP, and REST APIs: Possess knowledge of XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Experience in SCRUM Team: Have experience in working in a SCRUM team.
- Good Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Possess a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills: Possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
