This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.About the role:As our Room Attendant/Public Area Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:General Housekeeping of Rooms and Public Areas of the HotelCleaning public areas such as hotel lobby, lift, stairways, public toilets, etc.Servicing and cleaning allocated guest roomsHandling all amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to specific instructions and OH&S standards and undertaking special cleaning projects as directedAbout you:The successful candidate must:Have a keen eye for detailBe self-motivated and able to work unsupervisedBe flexible and available for work across a 7-day roster with early morning or evening shiftsHave knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working proceduresBe committed to providing extraordinary serviceHave good communication and interpersonal skillsHave a minimum of 12 months experience in a 3-to-5-star establishment
