We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team based in the Toowoomba and Southeast Queensland Region.

The successful candidate will provide support to project management teams delivering diverse construction projects.

  • Practical experience in commercial construction contracts administration, specifically with commercial projects.
  • Experience in subcontractor management and knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
  • Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software such as Jobpac.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high degree of commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a developed ability to build business relationships.
