We're on the lookout for dedicated Labourerswho are ready to take the next step in their construction careers. These are permanent, full-time positions working across a variety of civil construction projects in a supportive team environment where you'll be trained, challenged, and given room to grow.

What You'll Do

In this hands-on role, you'll support a range of civil construction activities including:

  • Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
  • Assisting tradespeople across multiple work scopes
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

What We're Looking For

  • Previous labouring or construction experience
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
  • Extra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonus
