Customer Service Representative

This role involves working as the voice of a health insurance provider, offering accurate and comprehensive information about their products and services to members, providers, brokers, and clients. As a customer service representative, your main responsibility will be to deliver a meaningful member experience by providing excellent customer service in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities include representing the brand, being the first point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring members are informed about their products, striving for efficient call resolution, and promoting products and services. This is a hybrid role with an 80/20 split between working from home and coming into the office once a week.
