Cellar Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cellar Operations Specialist to support our team in maintaining the highest standards of cellar operations, stock rotation and safe handling.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cellar space
  • Receive, rotate and store stock properly to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Assist with keg changes and maintain perfect beer pours every time by adhering to strict quality control measures
  • Support the team with deliveries, stock counts and general maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Be the go-to expert for cellar knowledge and upkeep to drive business growth through efficiency and productivity
  • Hold a valid RSA certificate demonstrating proficiency in responsible service of alcohol
  • Have flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends to accommodate varying business needs
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality results consistently
  • Understand cellar operations, stock rotation and safe handling practices to provide exceptional support to the team
